CC6PH1 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CC6PH1 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the CC6PH1 website located at cc6ph1.best and all related services, products, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process on CC6PH1, clicking "I Agree," or simply by using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use CC6PH1.

2. Eligibility

3.1 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one CC6PH1 account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, and any balance held in the duplicate account may be forfeited entirely.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CC6PH1 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. CC6PH1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify CC6PH1 immediately at support@cc6ph1.best and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

CC6PH1 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold amount. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, SS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on CC6PH1 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

CC6PH1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. To be eligible for withdrawal, the funds must come from genuine gaming activity. Deposits that have not been used in any bet or game are subject to administrative review before withdrawal is approved. CC6PH1 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

4.3 Bonus Balance

Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winings derived from bonus-funded play that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement can be converted to real-money withdrawable balance. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

CC6PH1 offers various promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have opted in to the specific promotion as described in the offer terms.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on CC6PH1 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are displayed within the relevant betting section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until CC6PH1 has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed during technical disruptions or network failures may be voided by CC6PH1 at its discretion if the bet could not be properly received or recorded.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event. The applicable limits are displayed on the betting slip before you confirm your bet. CC6PH1 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at its discretion, particularly for markets where significant imbalances in betting volume occur.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before it begins; a match or event is abandoned mid-play with insufficient play to produce a result; odds were published due to a clear technical error and accepted before the error could be corrected; or a key participant is scratched from a race before the start.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are subject to the same terms as pre-match bets. CC6PH1 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match. Bets placed on incorrect or delayed in-play odds due to feed latency may be voided if CC6PH1 determines the odds were materially incorrect at the time of placement.

6.5 Pari-Mutuel and Fixed Odds

CC6PH1 offers both fixed-odds and pool-based betting markets depending on the product. The type of odds applicable to each market is displayed before you place your bet. Fixed odds bets are locked at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation.

7. Casino and Games

All casino, live dealer, and table game products available on CC6PH1 — including baccarat, fishing games, Tongits, Pusoy Dos, and virtual sports — are governed by the following terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

• All RNG (random number generator) game outcomes are generated by independently certified systems. CC6PH1 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers in licensed studios. Their game rules, as displayed within the live game interface, govern the conduct of each round.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, CC6PH1 will investigate using its game logs. If a round cannot be completed or the result cannot be determined, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. Completed rounds where a result was recorded will stand.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. CC6PH1 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of how a game works.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CC6PH1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Chargeback fraud: Filing false chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after deposits have been used for betting.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 By CC6PH1

CC6PH1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has breached these Terms, if account activity is suspected to involve fraud or prohibited conduct, if a player fails to complete required KYC verification, or if required by applicable regulation or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. If the investigation confirms a breach, any balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance will be made available for withdrawal.

9.2 By the Player

Players may request the closure of their CC6PH1 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@cc6ph1.best. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credit) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after any pending identity verification requirements are satisfied. Account closure requests take up to 72 hours to fully process.

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;

14. Amendments to These Terms

15. Governing Law
